Using Serif Webplus to upload your wesbite


    Now that you've finished creating your website, you're ready to learn how to "publish" your website by uploading to our server with your Host4Yourself account. When you are ready to upload your website, you should save your work to your computer by clicking on the File menu and Save. Then you should click the "Publish to Web" button in your toolbar. You can also select "Publish to Web" from the File menu. When you do this you will see a window that looks like this:

    You should leave the options as you see them above and then click the OK button. You will now see a window that looks like this:

    Enter your domain name as the FTP Address, your username (also your domain name), password, and make sure you also enter your correct web direcotry as your folder. For accounts using MonsterControls or CPanel, use www. For Ensim accounts, use mainwebsite_html. If you do not do this, your page will not be viewable on the internet. You may also want to choose to save your password if you don't want to have to enter it everytime you update your site. Once this is complete, click the OK button, and Serif WebPlus will begin uploading your entire website automatically and you will see a progress bar as pictured below:
